The ticket price is targeted 20€ for lunch and coffee/soft drinks. In case we find sponsors this price may be reduced. Therefore we don't mention the price at the ticket reservation process in case that it will get a free event.

The Call4Sessions is still open. If you love to share a topic do not hesitate to add you session to the list or contact us via info@sitfra.de We expect to select sessions and define the agenda topics after March 15th.

What happens when I'm on the waiting list?

As soon a place gets available the next one(s) in the waiting list will be informed via email.
It might happen that there is a limited time you are able to react on this invite.

After that time the invite will be forwarded to the next in line. Therefore it's necessary to react in time to make it.
Nevertheless you will stay on the waiting list for the next free seat and we offer the ticket to the whole line again.

Can I update my registration information?

Please use Eventbrite to cancel or update your registration as soon as you know your plans have changed. We expect many that love to jump in ... and the organizers love to see all 80 participants when the event starts.

If you know that you are only able to join in the morning or in the afternoon, you should rethink the registration and give someone else the chance to join us the full day.

You do have a great responsibility with this ticket. If you have this ticket - no one else get it.
